Enter your life's story of "why do you adore life
regardless of the obstacles you've faced?", which
will be featured on our website, blog, youtube
channel, other online media and magazines. To
become an "Adore Life Star", start by submitting
your photo, an essay of no more than 3,000
characters and a 5-10 minute video showing us
who you are. We look forward to hearing from all
our contestants. Provide links pertaining to any
works you have done or are currently involved in.

Note: By submitting this form, you consent that you are over the age of 18 and are willingly submitting your story to be viewed online by others. You are also accepting that the photo you are submitting is legally yours with all rights and ownership to it, in which you are giving "Adore Life" the right to use your photo, essay words, and video as needed.
