Hi Tiffany,

You never cease to amaze me...how do you organize everything and still stay sane...or perhaps that's how...because you organize everything. :)

I'd love to be a part of this venture...just not sure in what capacity or area you would want me to contribute, if at all.

I'm passionate about picture books for preschoolers and love to utilize them to help little ones deal with the many challenges they face in those formative years (overcoming fears, mastering skills and tasks, valuing one's own self-worth, etc.).  I also believe very strongly that "kids in the kitchen" builds self-esteem, develops pre-literacy skills and strengthens the parent-child bond.  And of course, positive parental participation in simple craft activities goes hand-in-hand with the first two.  Do you think there would be a place for articles about reading, crafting and cooking with preschoolers...just 15 minutes is enough time to do each one...they say if you want to be in your children's memories tomorrow, you need to be in their lives today.

Another idea...some tips, tactics and tools for keeping a marriage and a family (and possibly a job) in balance.  I have three children of my own (all married with their own families now) and this August, my husband and I will celebrate our 44th anniversary.  I probably have a few :) helpful hints and funny stories from someone who is over the hill, but feels like she is on top of the world. :)  I actually went skydiving with my son last August...so I was sort of on top of the world.

Let me know what you think?  I'd love to contribute.

All the best,

Vivian
