Bloggy Moms

The everything motherhood community!

I admit I use to coupon big time and it left a feeling of a rush getting out of the store with about $200.00 worth of groceries but only spent less than $100.00.  Feeding a family of 5 on a weekly bill of about $200.00 pretty impressive.

I used the paper but found that some of the websites often left a virus on my computer and that was a whole other issue.

I am out of the habit but willing to learn some new tricks.

Would any of you like to share your tips, tricks and how you do it? Encourage and inspire other families that want to do it but aren't quite sure where to start and how much you saved a week or in a month doing couponing?

I missed Extreme Couponing show.  Do you have links you could share also? Maybe promote your blog if you have one regarding this speciality?

Thank you

Nikki

Hi, I'm a savings blog, every week, I post up a deal scenario at a drugstore that only needs $5 out of pocket. Here is my post from today for next week: http://www.thefrugalette.com/2011/10/02/rite-aid-5-dollar-deal-octo...

Hi, Nikki -- my advice: start with one store, get to know their coupon policies, do it a little bit at a time...and enjoy the process -- I'm here if you have questions...:-)
