A Mom Blog Social Network
I write ONLY because I enjoy writing. I used to write poetry alot but over the last few years my creativity seemed to be blocked so I started blogging. I don't write for an audience or attention or monetary gain..I write because sometimes it feels good to get out the stuff that's filling my head. And if someone reads and enjoys it then that's a plus. :)
I will always write and have always done so, with or without money. I just have a passion for it.
I feel that my blog gives me the opportunity to write with no judgements. I have written in a while. So if there is something on my mind, I write in my blog even it has nothing to do with my blog of being frugal. I can say what is on my mind in writing better than talking outloud.
Oh, I think I've made approximately 34 cents off of my blog. I like to throw it on the bed and roll in it.
But in other news.. ;-) I write my blog because writing is a release. Being able to share myself, in writing, whether it's with a crowd of readers or just little ol' me...the writing and reading is for pleasure. I gain self-awareness, joy, relief, and so much more.
This just made me chuckle! :)
I started a blog as an outlet. I used to write poetry often, but sort of phased out of it (although, I wish that spark in me were still alive.) I make no money off of my blog and have chosen not to place ads on my blog, etc. I simply write for the sake of writing. Well, at least that's why I started it. Now it's more about having a little 'place' that's all mine as well as about the friendships I've made since I began. Never once could I have imagined the group of women that were networked through their love of blogging. That's been the best reward thus far. Well, that and when someone I haven't spoken to in a long time comes up to me and starts laughing as they quote something I've written on my blog. THAT blows my mind ("Wow, people actually READ this thing?!") and it is SO rewarding as well.
I do! I blog because I want to keep some sort of a journal of this time I have with my kids, my crafts, and life in general.
I write how I like to write and I don't worry about whether I've got followers.
I also don't use adsense. I don't like to see ads, even on my own blog!
I do!!! I've always enjoyed writing since I was little kid. I feel like it's one of my ways to save my memories of life, share thoughts with friends and tips if they could be helpful to anyone. I'm mom of 2, originally from Brazil, lived in the USA for many years, now in Europe. I just started a blog where I write about things of our daily life in new places, products that I love, fashion trends that I enjoy seeing and a little of everything I enjoy. My blog is written in Portuguese and English. I'd love your visit there! I just write for the love of it! Carolina
I love to write (although I don't think I'm the best at it) It's a way for me to vent about different things going on. Doesn't matter if I get paid to do it or not, I'd still do it. I've had an xanga blog for years and never made a cent, yet almost everyday I would post on there about different things going on.
I blog because if I didn't my head would explode!! Setting a schedule for my writing has given me some discipline and allowed me to grow my blog slowly over the past couple of months. I am not making any money from my blog at the moment, although I would like to in the future. However, if I never made a penny I would not stop because I feel like I have found my calling.
I don't gain anything from writing. It's just my journal. I just write just because I enjoy it and to keep my family and friends updated on my life.
