Hi, 

I wrote a short ebook this year called 'How to be happy. 52 Ways to get your Mojo back" I wrote it so you can focus on doing one thing each week of the year to help with self nurturing, fun, personal development. There's lots of practical, down to earth things that you can do. I got a bit sick of reading long books on theory, as I'm a busy Mom. So I wrote a short, to the point book with the hope that they'd be able to bring a little more pleasure into their lives. It's only available as a digital book a the moment.

Hi,

I am new to Bloggy Moms and I am thrilled to be a part of this amazing community!

My name is Jamie. I am a stay at home mom raising three daughters by the seashore in NC. I have two published novels, SPIRIT SEEKER and ILLUMINATE-ALIVE,SHE CRIED that I wrote especially for my daughters. Last summer I finally decided to write something for me, so I began a new work of episodic fiction called THRALLDOM. It is for adults only and is written as episodes each week. Every Thursday readers can tune in read or listen to a new episode. (Written by Jamie Leigh Haden and read by Willow Wood.)

I must say, the process of getting two novels published was an exciting and also painful adventure. A long and winding road. I decided not to self publish and went out into the publishing world the hard way, seeking an agent and publisher. However, it was worth it and once I saw my daughters holding my novels, reading the words I wrote for them, it made the whole process worthwhile. It is hard to stay motivated, and as a stay at home mom, I found that I had to motivate myself, and not give up on my dreams. Not an easy thing to do, believe me.

I have actually authored a book but it is more of a young adult book.  It was written before I became a mommy but it is one of my greater accomplishments as a young adult. I did release it a few years later so I had to go back and revamp things to make it more up to date. I write young adult under Noel Shaw.
