I try and stay true to myself... It sounds cliche, but I have days when I want more followers or more 'credentials', but I decided early on that I won't do things that aren't 100% me. So I publish the things that are uniquely my voice~ I write about my faith, which isn't always popular. I write about my crafting, which isn't necessarily everyone's niche. I even write about my somewhat traditional views on homemaking, childraising, and housekeeping, which aren't always trendy. But I stand behind every word I print and feel proud about that!

I like reading your responses. Those who reply are making themselves stand out right now. Get involved and don't get shuffled into the crowd. Care about what you write about and like Tiffany said, be uniquely you.

I think mine tends to stand out because I talk about everything and anything. Right now might be about Halloween and getting ready for our Halloween Party but tomorrow could be about my girlfriends (I am referring to my breasts) so nothing is off limits!

Maybe the "design" of my blog? ... We are pretty girly over here at www.southernmomentum.com. And trust me, there is a reason for it... By day, I am art director for a plumbing and engineering magazines ... you can only design pages with urinals augers (yes, there is such a thing) & 1.3 gallon flush toilets for so long until you need an outlet!!!!! Enjoy!
