Hey everyone!  I'm Angela from Happy Fit Mama.  I'm a wife, a Mama of twin toddlers and someone who loves everything health and fitness related.  That love led to a career in Cardiac Rehabilitation.  I'm also a Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist from the ACSM.  Running and yoga are my main activities right now.  I love the half marathon distance but am hoping to complete a full within the next 2 years.  I blog about trying different workouts( I recently tried Aerial Yoga and The Barren Method for the first time) and how to live the fit life.  Come check out my little corner of the blogging world!
