Hi All! I'm excited to be a new member of Bloggy Moms. The idea behind my blog is to serve as a reminder to myself and to my readers, that mindfulness is possible (but challenging to say the least) during the parenting years. My mindfulness training was during my previous work as a mental health therapist, so I have a lot to share on the topic. Using the same principles I used with my clients, I am practicing and adapting them to reduce my stress as a parent and to parent more effectively.
