It seems like summer is barely over, yet winter is right around the corner. For most, winter brings to mind holidays and family time. For those without, winter brings the daunting task of staying warm.
I know that when shopping for winter coats with my kids, I am floored by the cost of warmth. There were times, when my kids were smaller - in the years immediately after their dad died - I wasn't sure HOW I was going to buy them new coats. Fortunately for me, my parents were able to buy them.
Sadly, not everyone has someone that can pitch in like that.
I can look in any given closet in my home and see at least 2 coats that haven't been worn in years.
Through blogging, we have developed our own community. There are countless blog posts written in celebration of the URL friendships creating right here in Blognia.
We at Friends You Love would like to take thise URL friendships a bit further. It is time that we put our ties as a HUGE blogging community to work for the communities where we live.
We invite you to
Keep America Warm!
