I will definitely follow you!  As for how to get more followers . . . I honestly don't know!  I'm pretty new to Twitter BUT we seem to get new followers everyday just by posting a lot and responding when we find something to respond to.  Sorry I couldn't help more!

Really the only way to get more followers is by following other and interacting with them. I've been on for 2 1/2 years and find that there's lots of 'spam-bots' that will follow you because you mentioned something but if you want real followers you need to talk to the ones you already have. Generally more interations means your name/conversations eventually being seen by others and the word just gets out :)  Even just respond to strangers, that's what Twitter is about! And don't worry about jumping in on someone else's converstaion as again, that's really kinda the purpose of Twitter...it's 1 big conversation.
