Honestly, there is no favorite way. (Unless I could go dancing every night, but that wouldn't bod well for my mommy reputation!)
I say keep busy, and don't eat as much! Works every time! ;)
More vegetables and less of everything else.
Good ideas! I move alot, but not real excercise. Now that I'm 53 the wieght just doesn't seem to come off quite as quick:(
I'm too old, too injured, and have too many kids! So I wear a Vadette Corset. Partly because of my back issues but it also reminds my stomach that it should live INSIDE my body! And it tackles that muffin top too!
I hear ya! At 53 and 7 children, 3 of which are still at home I can hardly find time to exercise, but I need to take care of me too! That' s why I'm trying to gather up some tips to put in my tool box:) I like the Corset Idea though:)
for me, i need to avoid three things: pasta, soda, and sweets.
i will also increase my water intake (something i always find a challenge), and i pay attention to avoid too much snacking between meals and i take a hard stop at 7 pm (not so easy!)
