A Mom Blog Social Network
Now why in the world do people even call themselves life coaches? Why and who would hire one? And what on earth do they do?
I have a mom who is a wonderful life coach that ha actually helped me through some difficult times in my life. Different from a psychologist, I found out but just as tough as your athletic coach you had in school.
I personally don't need to know all your past, I ask specific questions to your present moment in time. I often say tell m what your life looks like now and I can tell what your thoughts are about your life. If you want to share with me your past that is ok too. But I tend to re-focus both of us to your present day and the future you want. I work with my coaching clients for 45 to 60 days.
Why need a coach? Or only the wealthy have coaches? So untrue abut the wealthy just having them. Anyone who wants to better their lives, needs a fresh perspective to hit the ground running should have a coach. Sometimes in our lives we need that constant reminder of what we want, work our butt off to get it going, have unconditional support, a great listener, and help us see the result we wanted accomplished. Feel great after the 45 or 60 days, knowing a new habit has been established, new wiring in our brains to have results and you are given new tools to apply in your life with any new goal.
I have had great success with many multi-level marketers coaching them up the ladder to meet their goals. I specialize in business success and health (weight loss, fitness and nutrition). I have coached so many moms with just wanting more out of life, finances and blending families to marriage strengthening.
I do offer coaching for teens to teach success skills and teen athletes to boost performance in sports.
I can honestly say I love my job! I am currently blogging about busting through your fears at www.mindsetforlife.wordpress.com
