I know how you feel (walking into the gym) and not feeling up to par... I have gone through that twice now after each pregnancy. Both times, I started out by doing yoga and cardio videos in my living room and then when I felt good about myself, moved to the health club.

Two months ago I decided to step it up to get rid of my last lingering 15 lbs and now I currently workout every other day at the gym and do 30 min of cardio and 30 mins of weight lifting. I also try to eat a high protein diet (eggs!!) and very little sugar. It is coming off, slowly but surely... you are right, the last part is the hardest!!

Hi Jennilee! Thank you for your input. You're really inspiring me! Once I get going it'll be better I think. Once the results start showing I'll be even more motivated.  We'll see how it goes...

i lost a lot my baby weight with insanity. =) you can read my sucess story here.. there are also before and after pictures. i'm also strating a fitness challenge in march. let me know if you are intrested. =)
