Hello!  I just joined Bloggy Moms but have been a runner, personal trainer and fitness instructor for over 10 years.  I sold my private studio last year to be a SAHM (Stay-at-home-mom) to 4 year-old twins.  My site has tons of fitness tips, videos and a dash of parenting...enjoy!

Just joined active blogging moms! I have started doing workout videos while my daughter naps, usually Jillian Micheals. Anyone have any other suggestions? I also have the Bob Harper videos which I like but he does TONS of squats which can hurt my knees... would love some ideas. :)

I like to walk 1-2 mile a day. I watch youtube for exercise.
