Cheap & Quick! I found out that Yellow Corn Tortillas are perfect to use in place of bread and they're not high in calories either! I don't have to order online for specialty bread or go to a health food store, I can just buy my tortillas at Walmart and can eat them as a snack, make quesadillas, or use them as wraps.

I have added a food restriction support tribe to triberr. email me if interested in joining. Triberr builds tribes of 7 people who automatically tweet requested posts & rss feed to each others followers...great concept!

My sis in law is gluten intolerant. She hooked me up on some great recipes. I also found some great recipes from Dr. Oz.

Hi there! I'm a mom of 2 boys on the autism spectrum and we do an allergy-free diet at our house. The GFCF diet helped my youngest to start talking, so we are firm believers in the power of food. I've posted a couple of GFCF recipes on my blog and plan to do many more. Please check out my blog and follow me, and I'll follow you back.
