Hi I am new to the site and to the group myself :)

I hope to learn a few tricks.  My little girl is fussy, but only at supper it seems.  Well, actually lately she has been fussy at lunch too. 

 

For mac and cheese, have you tried putting squash in it?  it tastes super delish and it is healthy.  my little one doesn't eat anything mushy anymore for dinner it seems....

looking for help where i can get any/ :)

Hello, everyone I am new to the site as well as the gorup. I have a son who is 2 1/2 and a very picky eater so I hope i can learn some tricks from you all as Mac and Cheese is getting so old as well as Pizza.

Kyra, I've heard great things about those books! I haven't used them myself, but I think I might have to check them out. MY girls will eat just about anything, particularly healthy foods (Lilly LOVES cucumbers in ranch) but my son won't touch anything green!!!

I've just started using some of the ideas from Jessica Seinfeld's book Deceptively Delicious. The basic idea is preparing vegetable purees ahead of time and adding them to just about everything. I'm finding this to be a really helpful way to pack nutrients into every meal. Is anyone else using this book?
