Putting the SPARK Back into Pets

I think many people have a pivotal moment when everything changes. My own moment didn’t come with a life-threatening illness or hard times.  It came one day as I was heading to work on Wall Street, where I had gone every day for almost twenty years.  I had achievements and success; business was going well.  Yet a question loomed in my mind and maybe you’ve had this experience, too.  It was the proverbial, “Am I making a difference?”  The answer shook me and changed the focus of my life.

I decided to make an impact – something meaningful and new – that millions of others could connect with and find their own success.  I started living healthier, too.  My own good health led me to work in the field of natural supplements – both for humans and for pets.  There, I learned how something so simple could change lives – the better we take care of our bodies, the better our bodies care of us.  And it’s no different for our animal friends.

As I sought more information from professionals, it became clear that most pets are typically getting enough to survive – but not to thrive.  An ongoing diet of processed foods can lack in the wide range of nutrients that supports optimal health.  While there are many good nutritional supplements for humans, there just are not the same options for pets.

I put together a team of experts, including a leading veterinarian in pet nutrition, and we developed Spark using the most current scientific research and meticulous attention to exceptional, quality ingredients.  I believe Spark to be the most comprehensive, daily use, general wellness supplement on the market today for dogs and cats.  It’s our first product, and the beginning of something big.

The next question was:  how do I take this product to market?

In talking with pet owners, I found it hard to find someone who wasn’t incredibly passionate about their pet. Because the desire to take better care of our pets is so full of emotion, I felt it was a story that deserved to be told one pet lover to another. So I chose direct sales through independent distributors as our sole channel of distribution. In that way, not only can we give pets a life of long-term health, we give the owners of those pets a way to create a lifestyle out of loving them. I firmly believe that it really is possible to become financially self-sufficient doing something you really enjoy!
