To make a long story short i have a friend who is the mother of my ex boyfriends three kids. He abuses them ( he will hit his son like he would hit a grown man when they are supposedly playing around), does drugs around them, wont get out of bed to feed them or anything. Its really a long story on the rest but i witnessed it for 4 months and was told if i said anything there would be hell to pay but i spoke up right before christmas and defax put a stop to visits but didn't investigate anything and let him dodge them for two months until his system was clean for a pee test and now he gets the kids back!

i contacted them today asking why they did not call me when i was a key witness to it all and tried to get the case re opened but all they told me was i was confirming what the mother had said and the case was closed and there was nothing they can do..... after what just happened with that poor sweet girl this is how defax acts? Can anyone help me please?!?!?!
