Hello Traveling Moms! Would anyone be interested in doing a blog button swap for a week to see if it results in more traffic for our blogs? I would prefer family oriented blogs with a clean design, at least 300 followers, at least 5 posts per week, and minimal typos. We took our first roadtrip with the kids this summer.  People tried to talk us out of it, but we had a lot of fun and in many ways it was easier and more fun than flying.

 

Since it was a 10 day trip I divided up our stops according to cities we were in.

The hubs and I are taking a long weekend to Cape Cod.  I found a great deal on travelzoo.com for deep sea fishing, one I couldn't pass up, a half day of fishing for half price.  The only problem with that is that we live about 3 1/2 hours away and needed a hotel.  Hyannis is synonymous with the Kennedys and I plan on checking out the JKF Museum while we're there.  But Hyannis is also synonymous for being very pricey.  Our hotel alone was over $150 a night for a basic room.  So the rest of the time I'll try to be as frugal as possible without cheaping out.  Wish me luck!
