Hey guys, I have had a pretty rubbish start to the year, first of all it was the after effects of quitting smoking (which I am proud to say I still have and I am now 6.5 months!), Then I was hit with Bells Palsy, which I blogged and vlogged about my recovery.

I have been undergoing intense therapy for a fractured foot which resulted in me quitting running for a while, which I am still doing, although have now been able to pick up running again.

If you have been following along with my blog, you will know that Jan 28th was not a good day for me.  It was the day I thought I was having a stroke, but after a rush to ER I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy
