What do you blog about? {In your own words}: One of my sons has Asperger’s syndrome and through various therapies, of which dietary changes have been the most effective, we have seen tremendous improvements of his symptoms and behaviors. One of my friends wants to cook with coconut oil to add nutritional variety to her kids food. However, pure coconut oil gives some food a strong coconut flavor. Refined coconut oil doesn't have that problem, but the refining process removes all the good proteins and vitamins that coconut oil is known for.
