Have you ever read the side or front of a juice box? Summer is here in full swing in Kentucky, it is hot. We are now proud owners of those slushy cups and I wanted some healthy options for the kids. I searched for some recipes and modified them. :)

Kids Receiving Life Lessons Through Sports?

Who would have thought so many wonderful benefits could come from sports. In my blog today I write about some eye opening lessons we can give our kids just by having them get involved. Get them moving and not turn into one of those competitive parents. :)
