I'm throwing down the gauntlet, challenging our architects! Yes, It's time we shoppers spoke out and told them just how they add to our everyday stress; especially those of us Mums who have extra-sensitive children.

Our malls have shiny, slippery marble floors that make walking in our lovely new fashion shoes an interesting challenge. They echo every sound and create a cacophony, while reflecting all the lights as we rush from store to store. Just like the clubs and "discos" of the…
