Last night was pretty much the coolest night I have ever had. I met my old friend Tracie and her coworker (now my new friend!) know that you have all heard this before but I have to do something about my weight gain!! 5 years ago when my husband and I started dating I stopped working out and started eating all the time. Within a year I went from 107 pounds to 164. Yes I realize that 107 pounds is ridiculously underweight for someone who is 5'5" but 164 is also over a healthy weight for me. Oops, just realized I am seven days short of going an entire month without writing one single blog post! I would love to blame all the paperwork work we have been doing but I have to be honest and admit that every time I sit down at the computer I get sucked into reading Ethiopian adoption blogs and I can’t stop!
