First, I have to apologize to my son for sharing this. In about, oh, five years, he's really going to hate me for this. But, it's too good not to share. Feed Yourself POWER!

I knew I was starting to go "cray-cray" when a small rock garden looked like an adequate napping spot......

This past month (and for at least the next six) has served as one of my busiest in quite awhile. School full time, work immediately after, and waking up early enough to stay up on my workouts.
