A young boy, eating dinner out at a patio restaurant with his family was mowed down by an alleged drunk driver. Alleged.  Here’s the link.

Ingredients:

1 small eggplant, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp sea salt

Marinade:

2 tbsp olive oil
