I was searching a message board this week and came across a discussion about little Princesses. One mother had decided that she was not going to allow her 4-year-old daughter to have any Princess playthings. Her belief was that Princesses are taught to wait to be rescued by their Prince Charming and are not taking responsibility for their own destiny.
