If you've recently celebrated a landmark birthday, you may be thinking about the milestones in your life. Crossing from one personal decade into another is a significant event and takes on a life of its own. Connecting with friends who are also making this transition can help focus on what you've gained over the years – memories, perspective, wisdom – rather than on what you've lost – agility, some energy, your youth!…

So many times on our Life path we spend time looking for the way, our path, the Light.
What should I do? What decision is the 'right' one? Where should I go?
So many choices and yet....so few.
This is what it feels like to…

How do you find your purpose in life? That is the question all of us want answered, isn’t it? How many times have you asked the question, “What on earth am I here for?” Or “Is this all there is to life?”
What if I told you it wasn’t that hard to find your…Continue

It's true, we can't control much.
It's 'MORE true' that we do not 'control' anything......life is much easier, better and ultimately more fruitful....when we just go with the flow.

I homeschool a 4th grader. And there are days when we have motivation issues.
I dislike days like that because she gets all whiny and get irritated at everything. AND she ends up wasting a lot of time not doing anything but be irritable. She'll squirm and fix her seat a million times. She'll whine and move her books to whatever side feels less irritating. She'll grind her teeth and be impatient with herself on every, single, lesson.…Continue

Many of us are living mediocre lives yet we lie to ourselves that we are doing our best. I am putting up my hand because I know I do this sometimes.
Yes we work hard but sometimes we don’t always commit to pushing ourselves to truly do our best.
We don’t do things like get the…Continue

We have Angels in our midst.....all around us, everywhere we are - they are.
And while it might not always seem like they are looking out for us....you can be sure that every decision we make is Divinely guided and orchestrated by our Angel team.…

Why is it super easy to encourage and motivate someone else, when it is amazingly difficult to encourage and motivate yourself? I very often find myself encouraging other women to motivate themselves when no one else does; however, I find myself facing this dilemma, personally. There have been times that I have been in such a funk, I didn't want to get out of bed and face the day ahead of me. The only motivating force that I had, was my daughter.

This is a poem that comes from within a deeper place....
When i think of the strength it must have taken, to hold her head up high... With
thoughts of a self esteem, that couldn't see and didn't understand 'why'...
So many times she'd been disrespected and decieved.... No recognition for the
accomplishments she'd achieved...
Deep down, she always knew she'd redeem... The true essence, of her self esteem...
A Rebirth... Of her Self…Continue
I'd heard that exercising gave you energy and even helped put you in a good mood . Now, let me be the first to tell you, I was a skeptic. I could not in a million years image how something that was so dreadful and loathsome could make you feel good. Yes, that is how I honestly felt about working out and don't even get me started on what I thought about the gym!
So, is it true? Does working out give you energy & put you in a good mood? Well, duh! I mean, the scientific…
