I knew it was only a matter of time but I thought surely we'd make it longer than 5 months before hitting this stage. Oliver is a rolling machine. I have taught sign language to my son since he was six months old and I have to say it is a great tool in communication. My son started signing back at 8 months of age and his first sign was "milk". He would successfully sign this back to me when he was hungry and it was great in curbing any kind of frustration with not know why he was crying, that and routine schedules I believe have helped greatly.
