Last night I made Broccoli and Arugula Pasta with Lemon Vinaigrette and it was so delicious. Even my hubby loved it who usually complains when I make meatless meals.

I set aside plain pasta with butter and broccoli for my daughter, her tastes are pretty simple right now so it was a perfect dish.
