Communication is important to keep the peace in a family.

Take this one day; I was driving with my Lovely Son to his grandparents’.  It’s a short drive so what really could go wrong?

Nothing - you’d imagine.

As we approached the roundabout Lovely Son turned to me and said, “Bob’s learned what I’ve done”.  (His name isn’t Bob - but for the sake of anonimity he can have this name).
“Oh really?” I replied supportively, wondering why LS was worried about his friend copying.  “What have you done?”
“What I’ve done!” He replied firmly as if I was an idiot, eyebrow cocked slightly.
“Yeah - what have you done?” I asked again, thinking he hadn’t heard me properly.
“What I’ve done!” He retorted again - he was beginning to get impatient with me.
“What have you done?” I asked again, wondering why he was insisting that I already knew - he’d learned lots of songs recently.  How was I supposed to know which one he meant.
“WHAT.  I’VE.  DONE!”  
“WHAT. HAVE. YOU. DONE?”
“Mum! Whaaat III’ve Dooooone!” He sang to me.

“Oh! You mean the Linkin Park song!”
