Bloggers can be notoriously bad when it comes to sitting in front of a screen all day.  There are blog posts to read, comment on, and write.  Social media networks to check via phone, tablet, or computer.

All those hours contribute to a sedentary lifestyle, which can shorten our lifespans.  All those social media networks, and all those mobile gadgets just mean more time sitting and less time moving

One of our favorite new social networks is Pinterest.  While you may have just spent 4 hours yesterday pinning possible Christmas teacher gifts, you can also use Pinterest to create an effective workout plan.
