Well done Melissa.  I think working home from home is showing your kids that you can balance work and home responsibilities effectively - very important message for your girls.  In my case, I get MORE work done at home for many reasons:  I don't have to take the time to commute.  If my son is sick, I can bring him home, get him comfortable, and still get some work done rather than taking the whole day off.  And I can focus on my work because I don't feel guilty or stressed about getting kids where they need to be.

I agree with you....major steps backwards and very surprising given the type of company she runs now.  It will be very interesting to see how it all pans out.  Thanks for speaking up for the rest of us WAHM's and fellow bloggers!
