Diets can often seem so hard because you feel deprived of the food you love, or feel that the recipes you stick to don’t seem to pack the same punch flavour wise as the more fat packed ones you enjoyed previously. It doesn’t have to be like that, you certainly don’t have to feel deprived or put up with boring food while you’re trying to lose weight!

So with that in mind I’ve decided to start a linky to collate a list of diet friendly recipes in the hope it will provide me (and you) with a repetoire of tasty, filling, yet healthy recipes.
