If you follow me on Twitter or Facebook, you know that I’ve been talking a lot lately about an amazing life change that I made recently. And if you don’t follow me…well, hopefully I’ve intrigued you at least a little bit to hear more. But before I tell you thewhat, let me tell you the why.

A couple of months before RJ was born, I lost myself. Throughout my pregnancy I put up with a lot of crap that I probably shouldn’t have had to deal with – and eventually, I just shut down. I couldn’t focus on work, life, our family, our house. I had no motivation to do much of anything. After RJ was born, things got a little better – but they weren’t great. When it came to taking care of my little guy, I was an ace. I can honestly say that I was one hundred percent devoted to my baby. When it came to blogging and writing, I was halfway motivated.
