Let me first go on the record that I usually find breaded, baked chicken breasts incredibly boring and bland. I know, I know - it is a staple in most kitchens, I just find it boring and usually bland and dry. I can eat it, but I prefer not to. The Ogre on the other hand, hates it. He'd rather have it fried if he has to, but pretty much just would rather skip it all together.

However, when it comes to anything in the Kitchen, I must win. At all times. That means either converting The Ogre into loving something he normally hates, or taking something I find gross or lackluster and turning it into something we all love so much, it gets added into the rotation. Because breading chicken and baking it for dinner is almost as all-american as hot dogs and fireworks (and because I had a shit-ton of chicken breasts in the freezer and I was getting bored with our normal chicken breast dinners), I decided that it was time to tackle this and make it something awesome.
